We're Mega Vape Traders, an Ipswich-based wholesale supplier serving vape shops, convenience stores and independent retailers across the UK.

We started with a simple idea: buying stock for your shop shouldn't be the hardest part of your week. Too many retailers deal with slow replies, patchy stock and prices that change every time they order. We set out to be the supplier we'd want to buy from ourselves: quick to answer, straight about pricing, and fast to get stock out the door.

Rather than trying to sell everything, we focus on the three categories that keep your tills moving:

• Nicotine Pouches – Tobacco-free pouches from Pablo, Killa, VELO and Hayati, one of the fastest-growing categories in UK retail.

A focused range means we can keep deeper stock on the lines that sell, so you're not left waiting on back-orders.

How We Work

• Real people, quick answers. Message us on WhatsApp or email, and we usually reply within 20–40 minutes during business hours.
• Same-day dispatch. Order Monday to Thursday before 3pm and it leaves our warehouse the same day.
• Tracked delivery. Every order ships with DPD, and you get tracking by email as soon as it's on its way.
• Free delivery over £200. Free tracked delivery on orders over £200 to mainland UK.
• Stock you can sell with confidence. Our vapes and e-liquids are UK TRPR-compliant and MHRA-notified.
• Trade-friendly ordering. Whether you're topping up one shop or supplying several, ordering online is quick and simple.
